The "virtual_mailbox_maps" table can query postgresql (typically as
main.cf:
pgsql = proxy:pgsql:${config_directory}/
virtual_mailbox_maps = ${pgsql}vmbox.cf
vmbox.cf:

# If delivery is via virtual(8), then the RHS must be a
