The documentation of both parameters really should be sufficient.
Please look it over, and let us know if there is something missing, that
would have blocked you from finding:
@domain smtp:[127.0.0.1]:8500
or possibly some similar "smtp"-like transport from master.cf, tuned to
the task at hand.
