You should be lucky that people from this city use free and open source software. That major (and do not get me started on that one) threw a two-decade open source effort of his forerunner into the trashbin (of possibly a several hundred million bucks microsoft construction), and experts said it was not because of the software (merely of teaching and those western smear campaigns that we wallow in).
