Apple Mail doesn't seem to have that feature. A standard reply goes to the original sender via reply-to, "reply all" goes to original sender and list. This requires manually correcting email addresses, but I'm not complaining. Moreover there is a bug in "conversations view" that does not show the reply-to address. Reply-to is present when the email is opened in a separate window though, but it's tedious. It is possible to display custom headers but reply-to is a standard header that is auto-removed from custom headers. Eventually this will be fixed ... Regarding DKIM: I don't see any benefits with ARC-signing for this list, but I'll accept whatever the list admin decides.
