Postfix is not an antispam solution. Its job is to reliably deliver emails. Therefore it has some functions to avoid overload like query blocklists but to analyze emails use content-/proxyfilter or milter with external programs like spamassassin/amavis/clamav/rspamd/.... There are lists that track freshly registered domains, like https://spameatingmonkey.com/services/SEM-FRESH30 But this should be evaluated in a context of additional antispam checks.
