Maybe not quite as automatic as you have in mind but, You could have a reset action on the timer without a reset time. In the reset action, in additon to doing the shutdown, have additional commands to show a messagebox. I tried it, and the messagebox was not on top when I restarted. So I added an action prior to the messagebox to minimize all windows first. After the messagebox, you will need commands that set and start the timer. If you want to get fancy you could make it an "OKCancel" messagebox, and only set and start the timer if "OK" is clicked. When you log back on, you should see and click your messagebox. Then the timer restarts. Regards, Sheri
