My experience with Acer has been that their customer service is absolutely AWFUL! I rue the day they bought out TI's laptop line and I had to start going through them for service issues - I had a number of problems with them over a long period of time, with both an AcerLite 361 Notebook and my TravelMates. I would never do business with them again.
