My experience with Acer has been that their customer service is absolutely 
AWFUL! I rue the day they bought out TI's laptop line and I had to start 
going through them for service issues - I had a number of problems with them 
over a long period of time, with both an AcerLite 361 Notebook and my 
TravelMates. I would never do business with them again.
