Ok, guys:

This is my first post to the PowerBooks list (so I
hope it works) but I'm also on Compacts, System 6, and
Michimac. So I know how this works.

What I was wondering about was a custom hack (custom
case modifacation) to a first generation (170)
Powerbook. The plan is to knock out a hole about 3"
in diameter and stick a peice of Plexiglass in it with
a logo (Probably the Apple logo) underneath. Would
that mess with the structural integrety of the case?

The original idea was to make it glow, but there's a
logic board behind the screen (but not my rather
disfunctional 145).

Has anyone done this? Any tips? Is anyone listening?

Jake
