Hi, My "brand new" powerbook 3400 has a very annoying problem : a "clack" sound appears as soon as the powerbook is powered on and repeats itself every few seconds or dozens of seconds (I hope that you understand what I mean). That sound comes from the inside of the powerbook and is apparently related to the hard drive : when I put the hard drive in sleep mode, there is no more "clack". Does anybody here know what that sound could be and how to stop it ?
