NO NO NO........
The PB batteries are rechargeable cells, they look like watch cells but are
NOT the same, watch cells are primary cells (non rechargeable) and will not
work as replacements (they will leak or worse).
The cells you need are rechargeable coin cells that can be got from most
suppliers (RS or Farnell in the UK), these usually come with tags attached.
