A week ago my 6320's CD suddenly balked and stammered and died and no 
matter what I did it wouldn't come back. Maybe the result of a bad 
program crash. Not even the CD's icon appeared on the screen. I was 
about to do the headache route of replacing the CD when I tiredly and 
doubtfully tried a freeware program called Mt. Everything. Worked 
like a charm! I heartily recommend it if it seems nothing connects!
