Update: PowerBook 3400c Results

Well the first time I tried the 45.7mhz crystal (for a clock speed of 
274mhz) it didn't seem to work, but I also had the laptop dissasembled 
and no heatsink installed.

This time I have the heatsink installed, and guess what?  The laptop 
seems to be running pretty stably at 274mhz with 45.7mhz bus speed.  
How exciting.
