This is a very unique device made for a short time by  Envisio, a company 
which is now defunct.. I owned one for my 170.. It was a great idea which never 
really sold well....

It is a board with RAM AND video output, and requires software, which I lost 
over 10yrs ago..

It IS a video output jack, as you guessed, but you'll have to acquire the 
software to allow it to work.
