However, the driver is located in the Mac Driver Museum (http://www.macdrivermuseum.com/video/eve.software.hqx)

A quick note... if the card (the full name is the Envisio Notebook Display Adapter/30 (NDA/30)) is installed, it is not compatible with Virtual Memory or RanDoubler, so make sure VM is off when you install the driver.

It IS a video output jack, as you guessed, but you'll have to acquire the software to allow it to work.
