I was able to upload pictures to E-bay using my Dad's PB1400 (OS8.6).
I used the wamcom Mozilla 1.3.1 <http://www.wamcom.org/> and Netscape 6.2 and uploaded one photo each for six auctions.
I didn't use E-bay's photo upload tool, I just browsed to the photo on my hard drive.
Unfortunately I didn't have any PayPal payments to make before I shipped the 1400 of to Cambridge but I'll try and rember to use the Wamcom Mozilla on my Lombard (OS 9.2.2) next time I need to make a payment.
