Yes, IIRC, the DVD decoder card needs to be installed in the bottom slot,
because that is the Zoomed Video slot (on both the Wallstreet and the
3400/Kanga).

Again, don't take my word (or rather: hunch) for it, since I own neither a
Wallstreet, nor a 3400 or Kanga, nor the DVD decoder card, but judging
merely by specs, this should, theoretically, work. The DVD decoder card
takes the brunt of the number-crunching required to play DVD's, so the
Kanga's relatively slow CPU and bus shouldn't matter for DVD playback.

It'd be mighty interesting to try out. Anyone happen to own a Kanga,
external DVD player that can connect to it, and the decoder card?
