Hey, I have a PowerBook 1400cs/133. I was wondering if there was any
way to increase the performance other than upgrading anything. I have

Not really. Adding another 32 MB of Ram to max it at 64 will likely be your most effective upgrade.

A brave techie hacker might overclock it.
The chip would probably not cost much.
Wonder how hard that would be. Never had mine open to see the guts. -- Adrian
Easy as pie.

Wow. Great web page.
Now I'm going to have to open my 1400c and look inside.
I went on-line tonight for the first time with my 1400 via my wife's AOL dial up.
Things take a long time to load, but that is probably just AOL and the phone company.
Next step is to get a 10/100 card and wifi card and access the net via Comcast Broadband.
Thank you for sharing your web page.
