On the mailer front, I've always used Eudora, never had a Eudora problem.
Mind you, I've paid for it.

Personally, I find using Browser-style progs for mail an ugly thing to do.
Eudora's not perfect, I'll grant you. It's way kludgey doing large lists, and the incomprehensible "MoodWatch" feature is...uh...incomprehensible, but that's all I can think of.
Guess I'm used to it!
