I use MacLink Plus 8.0 on my 190 w/ OS 7.5.2, but I'm not sure if it'll work for your 145/7.1 setup, but it surely wouldn't hurt to try. Also, I've found that even when using Mac files, if it's a DOS floppy you're transferring from, it'll give some problems, or it does on my 190, at least.
