Hi I am a newbie to this list. I was given a Mac Power Book 145B. It
has System 7.1 and Microsoft. I need some guidence on how to get files
from my PC to the floppy drive on the Mac. I have some stuff I have
dowloaded but I am having a hard time understanding it.

I think the earliest OS that can read PC floppies is 7.5 or OS 7.6.1. I know
OS8+ can.

OS 7.0 could with third party software. OS 7.1 had it built in.

Hi I am unable to get the Mac to read disks formatted in the PC and the
PC will not read disks formatted in the Mac

There is a free/shareware app out there for PCs that allow them to read Mac
floppies and files, but I canot remember the name. As I recall, It was very
limited.
