pull everything off the board and try to boot, then put the rom and cpu back
if they are removable. try a PCI Mac  daughter card in the cpu slot if the
one that came with  the machine is removable and  you get not  boing with
it. I revived (to  a limited  extent) a Power  Tower Pro that way. I used a
601/100 card in it and  it  bonged.  It also  would probably have  fried the
card if I  had  left it  in more than  a minute or two.
