Robert,
Whose product is this anyway? First I thought it was a new Intech product,
but they don't list anything by that name. (Suggestion: Next time go with
Intech.)

IT is Intech. " CD-DHV Speed Tools" ... That's the name on the file.
After Installing HardDisk ToolKit and reinitializing the disk, I was able to get it to show up on the desktop. Then OS 9.1 was installed. (That means you have to retype the Serial No./passwords for every program you open. As in Stuffit Deluxe, Graphics Converter, MacLink Plus, etc., etc. Then all my files were transfered from my external Back-Up hard disk.
After a couple of tries, it now boots up on the internal HD. BUT ALL my Apple Works files are corrupted. After three wasted hours, it tells me to reinstall the OS as it is corrupted. I have just installed the OS and the AppleWorks files still show as corrupted. Tried "MacLink 14" to no avail.
Fighting this SOB, my office area has been reduced to a totally corrupted mess. There will be a two hour intermission, while everything is put back into the proper file, CD case and all S/W passwords updated on my printed list. #$%&*@ it all to heck! ... Computers save you so much time.
