An IMAP account is concerned with a specific mail account. For this account you can create a filter with the condition: "account" "is" "[name_of_account]" and the action: "move message into folder" "[name_of_folder]" (that folder you have to create first). Whit such a filter you will find *all* messages coming from this IMAP account only in this folder.
