We need a little more to go on.  It *might* be an unimplemented header
option used by the ISP but not by PowerMail.  Or it could be an extension
to POP (or IMAP) that PM does not support.

Is it always with the same e-mails?  Is this when you send something out
to a specific set of recipients or when you receive something from a
specific set of senders?  Could you post a sample header and body for us
to examine?

What do the log files show?
