Riva, this is not so. I can get you an updated "Export to Unix mailbox" script for Emailer, that can make mailboxes that PM can import under OS 9. However, there's nothing wrong upgrading to OS X. I certainly love See my separate post on Ragtime SOLO for word processing and more under OS X (There should also be a version for OS 9). Unfortunately, if you've received international mail with extended ASCII, I know of no method to retain proper characters in both message and subject lines when importing to PM (unlike to Outlook). That includes Emailchemy, so for many non-english users Emailchemy may be a waste of money. I bitched about this last May when I picked PowerMail as my email app. It's a real problem. I didn't get that much useful suggestions for this particular problem, but I still think PM is the best choice. However, I need personally to look into this problem to reimport old mail that have this problem and I think the best way would be redeveloping the mentioned "Export to Unix mailbox" script for Emailer. For pure english requirements, it works great. Actually, I may have something almost working for international that I received from a real AS programmer (unlike myself), though I'm not sure and will have to check this. I'm willing to work with you offline to save you the money for buying Emailchemy. More fun to also make someone else happy. Just send off a message. I will have time during the coming week as I'm just finishing a job. At least I can send you the ftp URL for the script on list, if you only have pure english requirements. I just have to dig it up.
