Using OS 9.0.4 and PM 4.2.1, I have checked the preference "Automatically index messages in the background" yet every time I want to search the message database, PM sorts and optimises its index. Depending on the frequency of my searches, this can makes searches very slow (almost back to Emailer speed). Is this usual? Or should I change some setting to accelerate the process?
