North Anna's process is reviewing the initial shutdown radiation surveys against historical surveys. We are fortunate that our overall dose rates do not change significantly. We utilize this review as a check against our RWP controls and associated DAD setpoints. In addition, we have used HIS-20 reports to identify the highest dose rates recorded by our DADs for specific tasks. This has been a significant help in determining our DAD setpoints.
Hope this helps. Barbara J. Does anybody have a process where they would adjust these established setpoints once the unit is off-line, and initial surveys are completed, dependent on conditions identified? David A.
