STP would like to know the following Dosimetry Benchmarking Questions:


 1.  Do you require a detailed lifetime exposure records, NRC Form 4, when 
personnel process in? NO
 2.  Do you require a written record from each licensee, NRC Form 5, for the 
current year when personnel process in? NO
 3.  Do you utilize PADS when the new individual does not have a dose estimate? 
 YES, we use PADS always unless the data is not in PADS then we use a "Current 
Year Dose Information" form
 4.  Approximately how many man-hours are spent on processing one person in; 
including time it takes person processing in to provide documentation? Anywhere 
from 5 minutes to 20 minutes
 5.  How many persons, techs and professional staff are involved in your 
dosimetry program during outages and normal operations?  Include TLD issuing 
and collection, whole body counting, dose records maintenance, processing 
personnel TLDs, etc. 4-5 during outages, 2-3 during normal operations
