No (we control ladders in the plant from a seismic perspective). To prevent inadvertent LHRA entry with a ladder and we control access to these areas in accordance with Reg Guide 8.38 (1.5 Physical Controls) that is if a posted LHRA has an area that could be accessible with a ladder, we put up a physical barrier to prevent this from occurring.
