What type of radiation survey software does your site use? Do you train contract personnel to use this software? Is your radiation survey software required for all surveys performed, or do you allow special circumstances to write them by hand? (Excluding the obvious, computer system down) Are your surveys available for all site personnel to view once the survey is complete? Please state any future plans you might have regarding survey software changes or updates.
