Yes Weekly goal per workgroup (e.g., mechanical maintenance, RP, Ops, etc)? Yes Other (please explain)? 2) Does your site require ON SHIFT personnel (Ops, Chemistry, RP) to login on an RWP with an electronic dosimeter at the beginning of shift and remain signed in all day? No it is not required. Most are required to sign out after each entry. The only exception is for Operations, Chemistry and RP if they are going in and out frequently of the RCA. If they are going in and C-zone, high rad or LHRA they sign out each time. We have emergency EDs for emergency responders Chuck Creamer Charles E.
