Palo Verde provides the following response: Following our Steam Generator Replacement / Power Up-rate / Simplified Rx Head Replacement projects we performed a neutron assessment and compared it against our original evaluation performed by Battelle following initial Unit 1 start-up. We found that our established correction factors, etc., were still valid following these major plant modifications
