To implement dry cask storage at Fermi 2 a Cask Transfer Facility (CTF) will be constructed to transfer the MPC from the HI-TRAC to the HI-STORM. I would appreciate contact with RPs at facilites that have already constructed and used used a CTF to discuss decon procedures and OE.
