Wolf Creek uses a white "RWP/Pre-Job Briefing Highlights" card with
checkboxes at the top of the card for radiation workers to check
according to the RWP risk level. Green = Low Risk, Yellow = Medium Risk,
Orange = High Risk and Red = High Risk Supervisor Oversight. This way,
one card can be used to address any specific RWP risk level.

Subject: Powernet: Use of Trip Tickets for Worker RCA Entry

Duke Energy would appreciate any information utilities can provide on
the following:

IF you use "trip tickets" to brief rad workers on radiological
conditions in the RCA, do you use more than one (perhaps color coded) to
address specific conditions (e.g., entry to HRA v. RA).

Thanks in advance for your time and response.

Bob
