Subject: Powernet: Use of Trip Tickets for Worker RCA Entry

Duke Energy would appreciate any information utilities can provide on
the following:

IF you use "trip tickets" to brief rad workers on radiological
conditions in the RCA, do you use more than one (perhaps color coded) to
address specific conditions (e.g., entry to HRA v. RA).

Thanks in advance for your time and response.

Bob
