We have been using the SAM 11... previously we used the SAM 9 for many years.
Only problems * Of course they have been place permanently on non-moving stands(OE notice on that) * I can't get workers to open the heavy doors with the sturdy door handle instead of the latching handle which has resulted in the latching handlings being replaced. Of course they tend to slam the door too hard because of the door weight. Door hatching handle replacements are the main repair.
