1)    Does your site allow workers to use their personal hard hats in 
contaminated areas
Yes, typically site issued hard hats.


2)    Use a specific contaminated area hard hat
No, have done this before though.


3)    If using worker personal hard hat is a hard hat cover used
Yes



4)    No safety head protection, just normal radiological protective clothing 
hood or skull cap for contaminated area work.
Job Safety Analysis (JSA) required  to document deviation need and actions 
established for worker protection.
