Callaway. All instruments are labeled with a tag that lists the day and initials of the Properational Check. Some are daily, some weekly.
We do not file a record of Properational check. Personally I believe that is of minimal value and argued against recording Properational check completion. If a fixed place instrument is out of service we do have a requirement to either update the label with OOS or remove the label. Questions call or email.
