We were one of the first utilities to transition to the DMC3000 and were apprehensive because you know the bugs don't get identified until you get several months of real use at a plant. The DMC3000 has exceeded the expectation of any digi user. The improvements in display and button use are alone worth the change...
What's really needed is a dive option to transition from our remaining DMC2000 units... Will still have many 2000's in service and use them for information as area monitors. We are in the midst of transition entirely to 3000's and RDS-31's for area monitoring. I hope this helps.
