I never had a problem with Tom. He goes into a cave and he works like mad. If you toss in a piece of meat tied to some string then you can reel him out into the daylight and see how he is. Usually not the best with basic communications but he is hellish productive. Possibly smelly. But just fine as far as open source developers go. :-) Dennis
