Pull request Description: Proposal to restore lexical form of decimals
stored in inlined TDB2 NodeIds using their plain string form rather than the
canonical form. There are tests for decimals that assert that for a Node `n`
round-tripping works, i.e. `nodeId(n) == nodeId(extract(nodeId(n))`.
