What is going on? There are very few tests for such a large set for changes. I see significant numbers of new files, no explanation, and not aligned the commit message "Implemented contains as an ask query." but files like `GraphLevelDelete`. I cannot be sure my earlier reviewing is still valid. It feel like a new subsystem, maybe a new maven module, with just a few injection points into jena-arq (2 presumably - one for query and one for update). Deferrment would be opt-in.
