10PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: HOT PURSUIT
Each day in America someone is killed in a high-speed police chase. Sometimes it's
the suspect. Sometimes it's an officer. Too often it' s just somebody in the wrong
place at the wrong time. We'll get behind the wheel to see how quickly these
situations can escalate and what the cops are doing to keep us safe.

11PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: TERROR IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD
February 28, 1997. A Bank robbery quickly turns into an all-out gun battle between
two suspects and an army of police officers. But it's the cops who are outgunned. In
this chilling documentary we take you back to that day, in North Hollywood, where the
cops tell us of the sheer terror of being in the middle of a battle the suspects
intended to fight to the death. For those who lived to tell their stories, will life
ever be the same? And why, after this 42 minute assault, were the cops left to defend
themselves, accused of committing murder! The action in this program may seem like a
scene out of a movie-- but it's horrifyingly real.

12AM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: ON THE BEAT
Since 1994 we've been tracking officers on patrol in one of LA's most dangerous
communities. We had rare access to these cops, on the job. They share with us their
candid and often controversial views about what it means to keep the peace.

MSNBC INVESTIGATES: COPS CAUGHT ON TAPE
>From unbelievable acts of violence, to incredible acts of heroism. From everyday
>verbal abuse, to an officer's abuse of power-- we catch it all on camera. This
>disturbing documentary looks at the real lives of cops. The relatively new use of
>video cameras in patrol cars not only helps protect the police from false
>accusations, but it catches the unbelievably brazen acts of officers who know they
>are being taped! We warn you in advance, some of the video in this hour is
>disturbing.

7PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: CRIMES CAUGHT ON TAPE
>From neighborhood hoaxes to convenience store hold-ups, we've got it all captured on
>camera. We even have the story of a woman who recognizes her own son in a news
>broadcast of a surveillance tape.

8PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: THIEVES CAUGHT ON TAPE
Let's face it-- these days Big Brother is everywhere, watching our every move. There
are cameras in public places not only to make sure we are safe, but to catch the bad
guys when they strike. So why exactly would someone try to pull off a crime knowing
cameras have to be watching???

9PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: EYEWITNESS TO MURDER
This is one of the most horrifying crimes we've investigated, and the entire act plays
out on tape. In this one-hour documentary we detail the case of a night club owner,
who is relaxing at home with some friends in the early morning, after a night out.
With no warning, two masked gunmen burst into the home and beat and torture the three
people they find inside. All of them are executed at point blank range. The entire
crime is caught by the security camera that has recently been installed in the home.
It eventually helps to identify the killers and put them behind bars. It is likely
the closest many viewers will get to seeing a real murder take place and it is
horrifying. However, it illustrates what prosecutors say is an increasing trend.
Again, we warn you in advance, the contents of this program are disturbing.

10PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: A MURDEROUS OBSESSION
He seemed like the perfect catch, but this boyfriend's fit of rage set off Maryland's
largest manhunt, and one of the longest standoffs in American history. Before he was
stopped he murdered four people. And his rampage had exposed a history of abusing
women.

11PM ET
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: RAMPAGE KILLERS
Just hours before he commits murder a killer sets up a video camera to record why he's
about to take out his anger on people he doesn't even know. He then goes to a nearby
McDonald's where a woman is buying a Happy Meal for her kid and opens fire, killing
three people, including himself. Many more are injured. We always ask the same
question when we hear someone has gone on a rampage killing: "why?" Well, this man,
in a chilling recording, tells all.

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC EXPLORER: STALKING LEOPARDS
This program is an intimate chronicle of a four-year old leopard's journey into
adulthood: claiming territory, fighting old rivals, mating and killing. For Tjololo
-- amidst Africa's wild cast of lions, water buffalo, hyenas, elephants, and impalas
-- the only way to walk is proudly and alone.

8PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: PARTYING 101
Andrea sits with books and notebooks in front of her, crashing for her final in a few
hours. She's stressed out and isn't sure she's going to pass. Why shouldn't she
be??? She's sitting in a crowded bar with the music blaring and beer dripping all over
the place!! This is how our program opens as we look at how alcohol plays such an
enormous role in the lives of college students.

9PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: A DRUG CALLED ECSTASY
18 billion dollars...that's how much the US government spends each year fighting the
so-called "war on drugs." But while the government brags about how teen use of
marijuana is down, the use of the designer drug "ecstasy" has doubled in the past five
years, according to the Partnership for a Drug Free America. We go inside rave clubs
that have sprung up all over the country to find out why this drug is so popular, what
it can do, and how kids who use it can be helped.

10PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: RED LIGHT SURVIVORS
We take to the streets with women (and men) who say they've "chosen" prostitution as a
career opportunity. Why do they put themselves at risk for disease, or attack... or
worse? Maybe the fact that it's a $15 billion dollar a year industry has something to
do with it?

11PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: HOLLYWOOD VICE
It's a bit of a theme block as we head to Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. Now's
your chance to ride along with the vice cops who are losing the fight to clean up the
streets. And now they've got a new player complicating things... the internet.

***NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC EXPLORER: RAISING THE HUNLEY ***PREMIERE
The seabed off the South Carolina coast keeps tight hold of a Civil War mystery, a
secret technology that was the hope of the Southern forces. On a chilly February
night in 1864, the Confederate submarine H.L. Hunley sank in the ocean waters. Nearly
a century and a half later, the Hunley has been located, and EXPLORER joins
archaeologist Bob Neyland as he works to raise a piece of American history.

10PM
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: UNDERWATER KILLERS
A shark attack, an alligator, a hippopotamus. We catch some of the most dangerous,
and most bizarre underwater attacks on camera.
