Just FYI: Evince still misplaces the pages on the paper, cuts off the top (title) and leaves extra space at the bottom. No, it is not a settings problem: the same sheet prints okay on StarOffice, then converted to PDF and printed with Evince the upper 2-3 cm are simply missing. The print preview is fine as well.
