[printing-discuss] Evince not printing on nv_78

I can't speak for the other party, but here, nv81, it still fails. Not 
miserably, but on format:
It shows the proper layout (A4) in Preview, but the printer spews out papers 
with the top cut off (around 2 cm) and the bottom about 2 cm above the physical 
bottom.
Staroffice outputs looks about fine.
