I don't think that it's necessary to create a separate project for
this. I think that we can coordinate it within this community. If the
discussions get too unwieldy, we can split it out. As for delivering
the bits, the intention is to deliver the bulk of them through the SFW
consolidation. There will be some changes in ON and the JDS
consolidation as well.

I was thinking about putting it in the SUNWClp cluster, though it might
make some sense to reorganize it a little.
