Cheri, I believe that the WEDi SNIP lists do not allow attachments. An alternative would be for you to put the Map Flow tool up on a web site for anonymous FTP download. If you can do that, then all that's needed for this list is the URL to the ftp site.
Alternatively, if you are not able to do this, I'd be happy to put the tool up on my web site for anonymous FTP download and post the instructions to the list for people to get it.
