If you followed Neil's instructions you just move the head up to the park position and back again when whtever you are using has soaked in. So in answer to your question - no.
I think my blockage has been caused by moving the head up and down the cloth
strip soaked in Windolene too much, and some specks from the cloth have got
stuck up the ink-jet ? Would this make sense ?
