Maybe a set of recommendations could be drawn up and posted on the prodig site, in FAQ's
A list of media (and even cameras/backs) which have proven to be stable could be gathered from the members.
Following a quick look around my desk, I have found a couple of sony CDQ74SZA's with images from mid 1995, these discs have been left out in an open tray, in 3 studios (one cold and a little damp) during that time and they look and function just fine.
