On a more serious note :-) There was another app released a few days ago for mac users. Seems similar to Carbon Copy Cloner, but may have some other features, haven't checked fully. But its an app for copying hard drives. http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/20007 seems perfect for what the original poster wanted to do.
